It first stops in Galiano Island for a short layover, making the whole trip about two hours long. Alternatively, you can ferry to Vancouver Island, and then take another ferry from there.
This is a fairly large island, although you can easily drive around it. Along the way, you'll pass by charming farm stands, lavender farms, cideries, and scenic views. Mayne Island
How to get there from Vancouver: The ferry trip from Tsawwassen to this island takes two hours, and you'll have a short stopover at Pender Island.

Pender Island
How to get there from Vancouver: This is a quick 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Tsawwassen terminal.

The two sides are connected by a bridge, so it's easy to explore and visit all of the wineries, restaurants, and cafes. Saturna Island
How to get there from Vancouver: From Vancouver's Tsawwassen terminal it's a 2 hour and 13-minute ferry ride to Saturna Island, with a transfer at Galiano Island.
You'll want to explore every bit of nature on this island. Take a kayak around the island and keep your eyes peeled for seals and wildlife (maybe even a whale if you're lucky), or sleep under the stars at one of their campsites.

Hornby Island
