Why can't i login to the Nissan app? ›

Most likely cause is incorrectly entering NissanConnect Services EV PIN or Password. Try to enter NissanConnect EV PIN and Password again; be careful to avoid mistyping and use correct upper and lower case.

Nissan In-Vehicle Data & Wi-Fi

Try signing in after a few minutes. A problem with your Wi-Fi or data connection can also prevent you from signing in to your NissanConnect app. Check your data connection to see if it's working. Another possible reason why you can't log in to NissanConnect is that you may have entered the wrong username or password.

Go to settings > Bluetooth and make sure your device's Bluetooth function is on. If you have a Nissan vehicle with navigation, press the phone button on your vehicle audio system. Then choose connect > connect new device. If you don't have navigation, press the Enter/Setting button on your vehicle.

Download the NissanConnect app on your smartphone from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store. Create an account by entering your name, email, and password. Log in into your NissanConnect account with the email and password from Step 2. Enter your vehicle's VIN to connect your Nissan to your account.
