Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:

  • 4+ years of subject matter expert with hands-on implementation and PUM/Tools upgrade experience on working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules, including Campus Community, Recruiting and Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisem*nt, Self Service experience with designing and maintaining interfaces to external systems.
  • Should have completed at least 3 full lifecycle Campus Solutions implementation/upgrade projects.
  • Lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle, work on all project phases of PS including requirement gathering workshops, CRP sessions, Fit/Gap, design, business process mapping, Configuration, Testing and provide inputs on best practices, options, risks and impacts.
  • Should have Strong hands-On experience in minimum of 5 modules of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and knowledge of SQL, PS Queries, Integration Broker monitoring.
  • Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements for systems enhancements, performing fit/gap analysis, and writing functional or technical specifications based on requirements.
  • Proven skills in quality assurance, including creation of testing scripts and test execution;
  • Additional working/integration knowledge of other PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, Finance, ELM and webservices will be considered as an added advantage.
  • Good to have – PeopleTools Certification
  • PeopleSoft HR design and support experience.
  • Requirements analysis and translation into solution design.
  • Solution configuration· Oracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools (version 8.51 or above) and HCM (version 9.2 or above) software.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • Works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation.
  • Elicit, validate, document and communicate business requirements.
  • Breakdown requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team.
  • Able to document – requirements specifications, NFR’s, and data mapping
  • Business process modelling and improving business processes
  • Identify costs and business savings
  • Implement, test and deploy solutions to business problems
  • Support business transition and helping to establish change
  • Creating functional specifications for new systems and processes
  • Acting as an advisor to senior managers and executive teams
  • Influence stakeholders, gain approvals from multiple points
  • Drive requirements from complex business problems.
  • perform verification of the solutions to assess if it meets the objective.
  • Become an integral member of the digital application support team
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities for the customers systems- Implement changes, enhancements and small project.
  • Provide technical advice and leadership
  • Manage internal ticketing and support systems
  • Provide regular and clear communication to stakeholders
