PhoneSuit Warranty
PhoneSuit stands by the quality of its products. We provide a
one year repair or replacement warranty on the Journey. If
there are any manufacturing defects in materials or
workmanship with your Product, you may send it in for
service up to 1 year from the purchase date. To qualify for
the warranty you must have purchased the product from
PhoneSuit or a PhoneSuit authorized distributor. You must
also be a registered user of PhoneSuit.com. For complete
details please contact our support department.
Important Safety Information
Please read all safety information and operating instructions
prior to using the PhoneSuit Battery Product. Improper use of
the product could result in excess heat, fire, explosion, electric
shock, toxic fumes or other injury or damage. Using the Product
improperly will void the warranty.
1. Do not place or store the Product in any high temperature
environment, including intense sunlight or heat. Do not place
the Product in a fire.
2. Be cautious of any excessive drops, bumps, abrasions or
other impacts to the Product. If there is any damage to the
battery such as dents, punctures, tears, deformities or
corrosion, due to any cause, discontinue use immediately and
contact PhoneSuit Support.

PhoneSuit Journey All-In-One Charger
The PhoneSuit Journey All-In-One charger is a powerful,
ultra-slim, compact mobile power solution for your
smartphone, tablets and more. Utilizing the latest in technology,
it features integrated 3500 mAh battery cell, Lightning cable,
Micro-USB cable, AC Wall charger and full USB out port. The
PhoneSuit Journey’s versatility makes it the perfect companion
for when at home or on travel.
Charging your iPhone, iPod & iPad with the Lightning Cable
The Journey can charge your compatible iPhone, iPod or iPad
with its built-in Lightning cable. To charge your device, simply
connect the Lightning tip on the Journey to your device’s
lightning charging port so that it’s fully connected. Then press
the power button on the side of the Journey to activate. Your
device should now indicate that it’s charging. To remove and
stop charging, gently disconnect it from your device.
Charging your Smartphone, Tablet & other Devices
The Journey is compatible with most Smartphones and Devices
that charge by USB. To ensure compatibility with the Journey,
please check your smartphone or device’s product manual.
Charging Micro-USB Compatible Devices: Connect the Micro-USB
cable tip on the Journey to your device’s charging port. Then
press the power button on the side of the Journey to activate.
Your device should indicate that it’s now charging.
LED Battery Status Meter
The PhoneSuit Journey features a convenient 4 point LED
battery status meter to display the internal battery remaining
charge. The battery status is shown in 25% increments. The
status meter is located on the left side of the Journey and the
power button is on the right side. To activate the battery
status meter, press the power button.
Charging the PhoneSuit Journey
Charge by AC Wall Outlet: To charge the Journey by AC outlet,
fold out the AC prongs located on the back of the device until
they are fully open. Now connect the AC prongs to a
compatible, standard US AC wall outlet to recharge. The 4
LED status lights will display the charging progress in 25%
increments. Once all 4 status lights are all lit solid with no
flashing, the internal battery charge is fully complete. When
finished, disconnect from the outlet and fold the AC prongs
back into the Journey for storage.
Charge by Micro-USB Cable: You can also charge the Journey
with the included Micro-USB cable. Use the included cable
and connect the smaller Micro-USB tip end to the input port
on the bottom of the Journey. Connect the larger full USB tip
end of the cable to a standard USB compatible charging port.
To charge the Journey battery faster, use a high output 1.5
Amp USB charging port. The 4 LED status lights will display
the charging progress in 25% increments. Once all 4 status
lights are all lit solid with no flashing, the internal battery
charge is fully complete.
Smart Power Features & Pass-through Charging
The PhoneSuit Journey integrates multiple power features.
Pass-through charging allows you to charge your devices and
the Journey battery at the same time. Connect the Journey to
charge by AC or input and also connect the charging cables
to the devices that you would like to charge. When charging
is complete, all of your devices and the Journey will be fully
charged. Prioritized charging will first charge your connected
devices and then charge the Journey internal battery.The
Journey also features auto off charging which will turn off the
internal battery when it detects that the devices you are
charging are 100% full.
3. Do not disassemble the Product. Do not attempt to repair
or modify the Product in any manner. Do not try to replace
any parts of the Product.
4. Do not expose the Product to moisture or submerge it in a
liquid. Keep the Product battery dry at all times.
5. Do not attempt to charge the Product using any other
method except as described in this manual. Only use the
included cable to charge the Product. For questions or
instructions on how to properly charge the Product, refer to
this User Manual or contact support.
6. The Product is intended for use by adults. The Product
should only be used by minors when under proper adult
trained supervision. The Product should never be used by
small children.
7. All Products have gone through a full quality assurance
inspection to test for proper functionality. If you find that your
Product is not functioning properly you should stop usage of it
immediately. If the Product is emitting excessive heat, odor, is
deformed in any way, broken, cut, experiencing or
demonstrating some abnormal phenomenon, immediately
stop all Product use and contact the PhoneSuit support
department.
8. When planning for extended storage of the Product, first
charge it for one hour.
9. Do not use the Product while in any potentially explosive
atmosphere. Sparks in such areas could cause an explosion or
fire, resulting in serious injury or even death.
10. If you choose to dispose of the Product, dispose of the
battery in an appropriate manner following all federal and
state regulations. Since the Product contains electronic
components and a battery, it can not be thrown away with
normal household waste.

Charging Type-C Compatible Devices: Connect the Type-C
adapter to the Journey’s Micro-USB Cable Tip until its securely
connected. Second, Connect the Type-C tip to your device’s
charging port. Then press the power button on the side of the
Journey to activate. Your device should indicate that it’s now
charging.
Charging USB Compatible Devices: Connect your device’s USB
cable to the bottom USB OUT port. Second, connect the
opposite cable tip to your device’s charging port. Then press the
power button on the side of the Journey to activate. Your device
should indicate that it’s now charging.
