To the Editor:

I find it amazingly optimistic that folks think they could get sidewalks along State Route 682 (Athens Voiceand City officials and planners urged to add pedestrian options near Kershaw Green,June 5), when our "planners" failed to even leave enough room for a third turn lane on that highway.
