1 22 VINCENNES SUN- SUNDAY, DEC. 25, 1988 Miller, Schwartz united Kathryn M. Miller and D. Todd Schwartz were joined in marriage at 3 p.m. Dec.

17 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. James Miller of 214 S. Eighth St.

and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schwartz of Belleville, Ill. The Rev. James Blessinger celebrated the Mass at an altar flanked by poinsettias and candles.

Pine cones, evergreen, grapevine wreaths and poinsettias decorated the church. Musicians were organist Anita Blice and vocalists Tanya Kiener and Diana Steckler, all of Vincennes. Daniel Miller, also of Vincennes, played two Christmas selections on handbells. Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin gown designed with a fitted bodice accented with pearls and reembroidered lace, a Victorian neckline and leg-o-mutton sleeves with pearls. The full skirt, highlighted by a back bow, flowed into a semicathedral train.

A headpiece of pearls held her fingertip illusion veil and she carried a silk arrangement of ivory roses and holly surrounding a large white poinsettia. Members of the bridal party were maid of honor Susan Miller of Mesa, sister of the bride, bridesmatrons Lisa Miller of Evansville, sister-in-law of the bride, and Lynn Allen of Dayton, Ohio, and bridesmaids Dawn Schwartz of Los Angeles, sister of the bridegroom, and Jana Peterson of Vincennes. The attendants wore dark green, iridescent dresses in taffeta that featured scooped necklines, V-backs and pouf sleeves. Back bows set off the -length skirts.
